Greetings Kart Racers, 

The Phoenix Kart Racing Association is pleased to announce the details of the 2nd Annual Cactus Cup State Championship Race, January 17 & 18, 2026 sponsored by Dill Petroleum. Registration will be opening up 11/20/2025 

Entry fee will again be $350 and will include 5 gallons of Dill Petroleum 91 octane for the first 60 drivers to sign up, the official fuel of the 2nd Cactus Cup State Championship. The Cactus Cup will use the PKRA club race class structure for LO206 and Rotax only and is limited to 25 entries per class, first come first serve. A minimum of 5 entries must be registered by 1/13/2026 for a class to run. There will be no Jr1 Novice. Kid Kart will be a competitive class.

• Prize money will be $300/200/100 for all classes with 8 or more entrants.
• Honored guest, Dan Pellizzari will be overseeing tech.
• Tires: Hoosier R70 for 206 and Evinco Blue for Rotax (Same set must be used for all races)
• Tires: Shinko Wet Front 4.5 and Rear 4.5 cadet or 6.0 full. Tires are available at track on race day and pre-purchase is not required.
• Fuel: Pickle Juice 91 Mild
• NKA/PKRA rules will be used
• Front pit spots are $80 (limit one per entry)/ back rows are $40 to reserve or free on race day subject to space available.
• There is no charge for overnight trailers for those with pit reservations. *at owners own risk*
• Overnight camping in the outer parking area is free (space available & please keep it clean)
• Practice Days:
• Thursday - 9am-2pm "Two Straights CW" and 2pm-9pm "Full Track CCW"
• Friday - 9am-2pm "Full Track CCW" and 2pm-9pm "Two Straights CW"
• Membership rates for practice apply. Non-members $60 full day and $40 half day.
